The Bridge Between Vision and Reality
I bring 25 years of experience in Engineering, Operations, and IT to the table. My career spans the entire business lifecycle: from the trenches of early-stage Startups and Scale-ups to leading divisions in massive Global Enterprises.
In every single role, regardless of company size, I saw the same pattern repeat itself. We had a brilliant Strategy, but there was a massive, invisible gap in the middle. The "Strategic Drift."
Broa is the bridge to close that gap.
The 60-Day Challenge
On December 10th, 2025, I officially took this project public. The challenge: How far can one solo entrepreneur go in "60 days" with an AI co-pilot?
I am time-boxing this as an experiment: To see and document exactly how far one solo entrepreneur can go in 60 days, equipped with the right tools and an AI co-pilot.
The Problem We Solve: The "Missing Middle"
Most companies suffer from a disconnect between the Boardroom and the Engine Room. The CEO sees a 3-year vision. The Developer sees a 2-week sprint ticket. The Middle is where alignment dies.
Existing tools are either too high-level (PowerPoint, Miro) or too low-level (Asana, Monday). I built Broa for the middle. It forces a structural connection: No task exists without a parent Goal. No Goal exists without a parent Vision.
Lack of Clear Connection
A missing link between high-level vision and daily tasks leads to strategic drift and wasted effort.
Static Strategy
Strategy lives in dead PDF or PowerPoint decks that are ignored after the first quarter, quickly becoming outdated.
Reporting Chaos
Leaders lack a live view of alignment, forcing them to constantly badger managers for manual updates.
Copenhagen Craftsmanship
Broa is built in Copenhagen, Denmark. This location defines my product philosophy. I believe that B2B software doesn't have to be clunky or intrusive. I subscribe to the "Nordic Air" design principle:
Clarity over Clutter
Strategy is complex; your tool shouldn't be.
Privacy First
Your strategic data is your IP. I host on GCP Europe and treat it with sovereign respect.
Structured by Design
Like Danish architecture, Broa is built on a solid, lasting foundation.
The Founder
Morten Reinholdt
I am an engineer by trade and a leader by training. I started my career writing code, but as I moved into leadership, I realized that the hardest engineering problem isn't software—it's people alignment.
To solve this, I went back to school. I earned my MBA from the Technical University of Denmark and studied Innovation Leadership at UC Berkeley. Broa is the synthesis of those two worlds: The structural rigor of an MBA combined with the pragmatic execution of a Developer.
Join the Journey
I am looking for 10 "Founder's Club" members to help shape the Alpha. If you believe in the mission and want to be part of building a better way to manage strategy, I invite you to join.
